Rolland Warcon

Rolland (Roly) is a proud Indigenous First Nations man from the Kurandji clan of the The Yidinji Peoples, 3rd Generation Australian South Sea Islander and 3rd Generation Farmer.

Along with his partner Christine Watts, Roly operates “CP Watts; RM Warcon” out of our property in Guthalungra, North Queensland.

Christine spent most of her life at Guthalungra as she grew up in the footsteps of the Watts Family taking on her Grandfathers Cattle farm making her a 3 generation Cattle grazier.

“During my life I have been developing meaningful relationships with other first nations people throughout the communities in the state, being on country and handing down knowledge to my own children about living on the land and how to adapt to change, teaching my children the way of the land and what my own parents, grandparents and elders have taught me over time.”

Roly has over 40 years of collective experience, knowledge and skills in earthworks and logistics. His civil, mining and construction work includes bulk earthmoving to major construction projects in Queensland, which was recently rebranded to “Ashfield Haulage and Heavy Diesel Industries” and is dedicated to equipping projects with the requirements to achieve outstanding results.
