Sean's proven track record includes securing critical planning and land agreements for major Mine, Rail, Port, and Water initiatives. Sean’s notable achievements include agreements with the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning for Rail Development, the Department of Transport and Main Roads for Rail Sublease, and North Queensland Bulk Ports for Framework Agreements at Abbot Point Port.

Sean also brings extensive experience in planning and developing infrastructure for electricity, water, and telecommunications, including advanced radio and fiber optics systems.
